What is Affiliate Marketing?

At Vaikunth Yoga, instead of paying big companies for ads on platforms like Instagram or YouTube, we pay YOU! This is our way of keeping money within our community—supporting our students, friends, and yoga lovers.

By becoming an ambassador, you’re not just promoting yoga; you earn for every student who enrolls through your link—now or in the future!

1. Publisher (You – The Ambassador)

You promote Vaikunth Yoga by sharing your unique affiliate link. When someone buys through your link, you earn a commission.

2. Merchant (Vaikunth Yoga)

Vaikunth Yoga offers authentic yoga courses. We rely on ambassadors like you to grow our community.

3. Customer (Yoga student)

Acces ambassador area: Scroll to the Ambassador Area in the footer of our website, then click Register to create your profile.

Overview

Key Terms:

  • Your Balance shows your total earnings ready for payout. Example: $116.96
  • The Commission Rate is the percentage you earn on each completed sale, before taxes. Example: 30%
  • Visitors are the people who clicked your affiliate links today. Example: 5 visitors
  • Closed Transactions are the number of sales completed today. Example: 4 sales

Here you have access to all the transactions that happened through your link.

Payments

Here you can see all the payments Vaikunth has made to you.

Creatives

This is your unique referral link, and it’s the only way the system can track how many people make a purchase through your promotion. Simply copy and paste this link into your content, WhatsApp messages, or anywhere else you plan to share it.

If you don’t use links provided, your sales won’t be tracked, and you won’t earn commissions.

Creatives (Links) for Specific Courses

Just below, you’ll find a list of all the courses that have an available referral link.
Simply choose the course you want to promote and click to access the link.
You can then copy and paste it into your content, messages, or wherever you’re sharing it.

Here’s an example of the link you’ll reach if you click on Glowing Face.
This is the specific referral link for promoting that course.

⚠️ Important: Always use the links provided in your dashboard.
If you share a random link or a different URL, the system won’t be able to track that the student came from you, and you won’t receive any commissions for those sales.

Banking details

To receive payments, make sure to enter your banking details.
Go to Edit Profile, scroll down, and fill in the Payment Details section.

40%

This is the commission (or earning percentage) reserved for Ambassadors. Ambassadors are the first 1,000 people to enroll in the program. After that, the commission rate for new enrollments will be reduced to 30%.
*NOTE: "All You Can Yoga" products generate a 20% commission for you.

Extra Details

An affiliate program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our online courses.
When someone clicks your unique referral link and makes a purchase, the system automatically tracks the sale and credits the commission to your account.

As an Ambassador, you have access to your personal dashboard, where you can track all your activity in real time:

  • Revenue: Your total earnings.
  • Balance: The amount ready to be paid.
  • Payments: History of payments received.
  • Purchased Courses: The courses bought through your link.
  • Visitors and Views: How many people have clicked your links and visited the site.
  • Ambassadors earn 40% commission on every online course sold through their referral link.
  • This commission applies only to online courses, not private classes.
  • Students have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • If a student requests a refund within this period, the closed transaction will be removed, and the commission for that sale will be cancelled.
  • This can happen within 30 days after the sale, but it’s very rare.
  • The Ambassador status is limited to the first 1,000 people who join the program.
  • After that, new members will earn 30% commission instead of 40%.
    ✅ Once you join, your commission percentage is locked and will never be reduced.
  • Payments are made monthly, between the 8th and 10th of each month.
  • You are paid for sales that are older than 30 days (after the refund window has closed).
  • This ensures that you are paid only for confirmed transactions.
  • The minimum payout is $20.
  • If you don’t reach $20 in a given month, your balance rolls over to the next month.
  • If you close your account, we will pay any remaining balance, even if it’s less than $20.
  • To receive your commissions, you must provide bank account details or a digital payment method (like PayPal).
  • Enter your details in the Edit Profile > Payment Details section of your dashboard.
  • Sign up as an Ambassador.
  • Access your unique referral links in the dashboard.
  • Share your links via social media, messages, emails, etc.
  • Users click the link and purchase a course.
  • You earn 40% commission for each sale.
  • If no refund is requested within 30 days, the commission is confirmed.
  • You are paid monthly, between the 8th and 10th.
  • Monitor your progress and earnings in your Ambassador Dashboard.
